  • Name, address, phone number of organization
  • Name of contact person
  • Brief description of tour
  • Date and time
  • Target ages/grades
  • Minimum/maximum number of children/adults
  • Cost of tour/deposit required?
  • Directions
  • Siblings welcome?
  • How to handle a reschedule in case of weather cancellation
  • Let families know how to sign up (call, send money, etc.)  

What should you bring on the field trip? 

  • Sign-up list
  • Confirmation letter from organization (if received)
  • Envelope for collected money
  • Cash/personal check/credit card to pay for the field trip
  • Name tags and pen/marker if needed
